The Best Meal Plan To Lose Fat Faster (EAT LIKE THIS!)

If you’ve attempted a weight loss diet plan of your own, then you’re probably aware that at the end of the day, weight loss is all about calories in versus calories out. Scientifically speaking this is the basic law of thermodynamics for any fat loss diet, but what this simplistic model fails to account for is how the various foods you put into your body then go about affecting these two variables. The truth is that you also need to pay close attention to the types of foods you’re ingesting everyday AND also how you go about ingesting them in your weight loss diet, as that’s what makes all the difference. In this video, I’ll go through how to eat to lose weight (with 3 diet swaps) that can enable you to lose fat faster, and provide you with a sample fat loss meal plan that puts this all together for you.
The first swap you’ll want to do with your weight loss diet is to stick mostly with minimally-processed foods. Not only are these less processed foods beneficial when dieting in the sense that they generally provide more nutrients and keep us fuller for longer, but they also have another benefit that has to do with something called the thermic effect of food, which is the amount of calories that our body burns to metabolize and actually use the foods that we ingest. And one of the unique fat loss benefits about unprocessed foods is that in most cases our body burns significantly more calories when digesting unprocessed foods than it does when compared to their processed counterparts. So, you can further influence the “calories out” side of the equation and potentially speed up the fat loss process by simply swapping these foods for whole grain, less processed foods instead.
Next, let’s dive into how you then go about distributing your meals (aka calories) for your fat loss diet. Research indicates that there does seem to be some indirect fat loss benefits to allocating more calories to your meals early on in the day, and is something that I’ve personally noticed as well. Now obviously this does vary for the individual and may depend on when your workout takes place, I would highly suggest even if you’re intermittent fasting, for example, to at least experiment with just shifting more of your calories to your first meal of the day as it does seem to have some unique benefits in terms of enabling you to control your cravings, burn more calories and potentially create greater fat loss results in the long run as a result.
Now the last swap for your weight loss diet plan is to not only choose mostly unprocessed foods to include your diet, but choose the ones that are highly satiating. As this will enable you to better adhere to your diet and minimize any excess snacking you may be doing that’s sabotaging your calorie deficit. For example, even with calories equated for, simply swapping whole grain bread for oats instead will provide a 25% greater effect on suppressing your hunger. And similarly swapping brown rice for whole grain pasta or boiled potatoes would provide a 30%, or 60% boost in satiation respectively. So what I’d suggest is look over the index and experiment with swapping some of these more satiating foods into your diet and seeing how your body and appetite responds.
So hopefully the video and sample meal plan at the end gives you a little more insight into how to eat to lose weight and how you can start planning your meals based on what I want through while still keeping everything tasty and satisfying. Although some of the swaps I mention here CAN definitely help speed up the fat loss process, just know at the end of the day adhering to a calorie deficit is most important. So experiment with your diet and stick to what you find works best for you and your lifestyle. And for an all in one step-by-step program that not only optimizes your weekly workouts for you, but also shows you how to structure and set up your diet with the right foods and in the right amounts so that you can burn fat as efficiently as possible with science, then simply take the analysis quiz below to discover which specific program is best for your body and where it’s currently at:

This is very solid advice. I recommend doing everything he says. I am losing weight at a tremendous pace (5 lbs per week) by following a diet focused on front heavy calories even more than he talks about here. It’s true that low glycemic index foods are a huge parts of this. Avoid anything processed. I’ve stopped eating bread entirely. Use restaurants as little as possible. Nutrient dense fresh veggies and fruits should be part of each meal. Lean meat like salmon tuna chicken are also very important. Dairy is very high in fat so give up cheese and drink a glass of 2% milk per day. No chips or pop. Water is best but if that’s too boring I mix San Pelegríno and crystal light to make fizzy fruit flavours. Dinner should be a snack and you’ll know when you have it right when you go to bed with an empty stomach. It will improve your sleep too! Lastly you need exercise. This will add two extremely important factors. Exercise depletes your body’s stores forcing it to find energy in your body fat. Exercise also reduces stress, helps control appetite and keeps your metabolism up. When you burn body fat it turns into CO2 and water so you need to be working hard to process the byproducts as you create them. I found the best results from fruit all morning and veggies in the afternoon. Oatmeal in the morning. No bread at all. You don’t need to eat breads. Get carbs from other sources. Good luck!

It's been hard, I quit the first time which in all my food change trials was the longest about 1m and 1/2. I didn't feel like I had lost that much weight. Well I surely made it worst and gained it all back. Now, I don't feel nearly as good as I did the first time always fucking hungry. So, I'm including more fruit into my diet. Wish my luck guys I need it. My problem with sticking with these plans is actually cooking the food 🤣.

Leptitox The fat cells in your body secrete a natural hormone called leptin that helps to regulate hunger. This supplement works by detoxifying your body to remove specific toxins which in turn helps your body’s fat cells to release more leptin. This hormone then informs the brain that you should not eat. www.landpage.co/leptito

true however people should not drink 1 gallon plus of water a day that’s a big fat lie. Most people drink this water to get the “benefits” but disregard how smart the body is. You are supposed to drink when you are thirsty which I’m average people aren’t that thirsty unless incorporating an incredible amount of exercise. On average 3-4 glasses of water a day is enough because that’s usually about how much a person thirsts give or take we are supposed to drink when we are thirsty and not force the water down to get the water intake because it’s false. Another thing is hypernatremia is a thing sure it’s not super common but it is common. Don’t over do on the water. Don’t extremely limit the sodium you need the sodium. You need the healthy sodium not just table salt that’s not good. Himalayan pink salt and sea salt in general is the way to go. Also don’t go low fat. You need fat in your diets people however you need good healthy fats for example: avacados, olives, healthy meats salmon etc, olive oil, coconut oil, avacado oil, nuts seeds and so on and so forth. The advice here is decent and no shade given however this is definitely a way to lose weight but it’s not just about weight loss it is about internal health which transfers into outward health it isn’t lose weight to get healthy it’s get healthy to than lose the weight. While our body can run in carbs and glucose it actually isn’t mandatory nor does the body need to use carbohydrates you can run on fat which the body actually prefers if both are given in distribution the body will always prefer the healthy fats. Why? Because it’s cleaner fuel. It provides mental clarity helps insulin resistance etc etc when carbs are low enough it puts you in a state of ketosis. Ketosis is totally safe and a viable source of energy ketosis basically uses your own body fat as energy this not only helps you lose weight but it gives you energy throughout the day to get going. That combines with HIIT and carb cycling which cycles good carbs but still keeps them low is a great way to lose weight. The reason why people do eat carbs if you don’t want to be someone who takes a bunch of supplements like myself is to get the vitamins and minerals from vegetables specially green leafy cruciferous vegetables as well. Carbs and glucose though they can be used as energy are not the cleanest healthiest fuel on earth. And higher fat is both more healthy as well as more satiation if it is a healthy fat. Our fats should be high our protein should be moderate not too high and not too low. The reason why is simply because too much protein turns into glucose which turns into fat essentially. So moderate protein like if you are a bigger person 6-8 ounces of meat per meal should be enough and if you are lighter you could get away with 6 ounces or even less depending. You are supposed to have a nice size portion of fat and the carbs that come from the veggies you eat should be low that’s why if you eat green leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables they have hardly any carbs. They also have higher amounts of fiber which means that the net carbs are low so that’s a good thing for example an avacado which is basically earths superfood supplied with lots of vitamins and minerals and is in fact a fruit you can have a good amount of it because it has lots of fiber while still having a good amount of carbs also the banana thing yes bananas do have bananas and they are not necessarily bad to enjoy once in a while they simply have too much sugar. They aren’t the type of fruit you should consume regularly an avacado is a great replacement it has much more potassium and vitamins and minerals contains and in my opinion is tasty and can be used in a variety of different options even if you don’t like it. Eggs are a great staple they also have lots and lots of vitamins and minerals specifically the yolk which people somehow believe is bad which has been proven false you should eat the yolk especially if you want your intake of vitamins. If you get eggs I recommend pasture raised they don’t have added hormones etc and overall have a healthier index. You can enjoy a few of these a day as well as avacado you just don’t want to over do it like 3 eggs a day is perfectly fine but like if you eat like 10-20 that’s a big big stretch and don’t recommend that. Calorie in calorie out also has a lot of truth to it however I don’t agree with calorie counting. Why? Because for one it’s a hassle and two while it does have its truth if you are eating good quality goods with lower amounts of carbohydrates you won’t need to unless you are eating like 6 meals a day because you are still going to be in some sort of a deficit and once you do lose the weight you can start incorporating good healthy carbs back into your diet. I disagree that grains and wheat are a healthy carbohydrate as well as processed carbs those are never healthy.

@@ultra100able as a student coach I deal with a lot of young people. I really like your point, but i think the younger generation is starting to realize to have a long lasting happiness, they need to focus on their health more than they had to ever before. Living in this world, is not necessary the healthiest thing. I agree. But if you are living in downtown LA or Toronto, you should pay attention to these things. Food is not what it's like to be in the past. It's all labels and full of ingredients that is killing us. You can go outside of these big cities and enjoy your life but If you choose to live in this world, then you have got to be on top of your game. I hear your point and it does really make me sad that they put so much pressure on them to measure up to these standards!

I fractured my foot when I lost my job to COVID last year. Took 6 months to heal, started lifting and doing cardio again. Then I messed up my rotator cuff in my left shoulder and got tennis elbow in my right arm. I put on 45lbs (250). 6 months later I’m down to 203 and now I’m trying to get more lean. (had my heart broken, so it was a HUGE motivator) I’m 6’2 and I’m “skinny fat” I’m pumped to start this diet then focus to put on some muscle!!

The greek yogurt with berries evening snack trick is a hack that I discovered about three months ago and holy shit it works so well. I actually mix flax seed and put whey protein in the yogurt as well and you would be amazed at how it has completely replaced any urge to eat ice cream or other crap during the evening.

What u said about eating more calories at breakfast and less at dinner reminded me of a an old saying by some Muslim philosopher “ eat breakfast like a king ,eat lunch like common person and eat dinner like a beggar “ ! Meaning eat good and more at breakfast and less at dinner , now it makes sense scientifically too 😃 , guess old sayings are full of wisdom 👏

Now I go to the gym 4 times a week. Play soccer on the weekend. I'm just more active. Slowly building muscle and burning off fat. What I love most is I always feel good. I feel healthy. There isn't a single break out or blemish on my face.

I've never been a breakfast person, but honestly, this encouraged me to be. I realize now that it's probably the reason I don't have energy throughout the morning and midday, and probably why I always feel like pigging out at night. 😅 I've also been balancing my calories per meal, which makes me realize I could just be eating more for breakfast and less at night time. I tend to eat my carbs at night, too, so this is helpful. Such good advice!
