    Ok, in Toronto it’s been cold but not Iowa cold....nonetheless Saturday night IS steak night and I do have a couple of nice NY’s from my local butcher.....but not cold enough I have to go to sous vide,,,,it’s warm enough I get to do my sear technique on the DCS...so we will hold SV technique off for now and hope that as March comes in we are seeing a bit less of winter and Covid’ s end ....now I do want to compliment you on your production and audio ...nice work and it makes it fun to watch. I look forward to your stuff each week.

    thanks Jim.... I appreciate that! I am trying to up my game a little bit with out taking out the real life stuff... kind fo difficult. I will keep playing around and and try to keep the videos flowing... with warmer weather as you mentioned!

    I’ve never seen this done before but I can’t leave the grill. I’ve cooked a complete Christmas dinner @ 8 degrees on the grill. I’m really surprised your a grill woos. Knock the snow off and fire those grills back up! Stay safe!

    @@Searedandsmoked try rendering that fat in the oil before taking it out and continuing the process.
