Enjoy your Channel. As a retired drummer of 35 yrs. And having taken lessons and given them I’d make one suggestion on the Metronome setting. If you have never fingerpicked before-like me-I would kindly suggest setting the Metronome at 40bpm in 12/8. Keep up the fine work Kevin.🥁🎸👍

I use a korg metronome. But any app will do.

Yes. A would be a 5ths string root and the D is a 4th string root.

For this lesson it is 65 toward the end of the video when I’m using the metronome.

Why do you play e minor none of the strings are involved are they?

Correct. But unlike greeting it anyway as it is part of the chord progression.

try plucking a little harder, or maybe using a thumb pick/growing out your nails a bit.
