When I was in Spain, my favorite dish was sauteed mushrooms over poached eggs. I bet this would taste wonderful over some eggs.

I never get mushrooms that clean! Except at the Farmers Market--those are incredible. And l love the onion cutting tip---I'm OLD and never thought of this!! These would be wonderful with baked or boiled potatoes.

You'll find it is more efficient to add salt to the mushrooms at the very beginning of cooking them. The salt draws the moisture out to their surface so that it gets cooked away faster. Those mushrooms look great though.

1. You only grated the tomato seed sacks and added that with the juice? I see very little tomato product and don't see any tomato flesh in the finished dish. 2. Do you actually taste the 1/4 tsp saffron threads? Is that amount of saffron flavor overwhelmed by the garlic and paprika? Or, can you actually taste the saffron? TIA.

Seek help. Follow the news and do not bother that the media is clamoring about recession. I have made over 1.2m even in turbulent times like this. A lot of news is noise tbh. All salt is sea salt. Salt found in mines came from ancient, pure seas.
