Recipe:
vegetable fat
Onion - 1 pc.
Fry for 2 minutes
Minced meat - 700 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - to taste
mix well
Garlic - 2 cloves
mix well
Tomato sauce - 300 ml
mix well
Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes
Water
Salt - 1 / olive oil
Noodles - 500 g
Butter - 40g
Flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 500 ml
Cook over low heat until thickened
Cheddar cheese - 150 g
Emmental cheese - 150 g
Lay out in layers as shown in the video
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C
Recipe 2:
Minced meat - 600 g
Onion - 1 pc.

Arrange in layers as shown in the video.
Cover with foil
Bake at 180°C for 70 minutes
Cheddar cheese - 150 g
Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C

*Two minutes* to fry the onions not counting the chopping time. *Five minutes* to fry the hamburger. Meanwhile garlic cloves are chopped and added to the meat mixture, probably another *two minutes.* Canned tomatoes are added, and it's left to simmer, covered, an additional *8-10 minutes.* Water is brought to a boil and that takes about *8-10 minutes,* then pasta is added and that takes *8-10 minutes* to cook until tender. Butter is added to a pot to melt then flour is added to that melted butter to be coated and the raw flavor cooked away; that's about another *2 minutes.* Milk is added to this mixture and whisked until blended and thicken, yet another *5-7 minutes.* Two different cheeses are hand grated, taking another *3-5 minutes.* Cooked macaroni, the two cheeses are added to the white sauce then layered in a casserole dish. Then the sloppy joe mixture is layered on top of this, then another layer macaroni, then the meat mixture again, then the last layer of the macaroni. Finishing with a cheese layer on top and cooked in the oven for *40 minutes.* Can someone explain to me in what dimension do the clocks function in Europe that this can be called a *FIVE MINUTE RECIPE????*

This is even better if you mix cream, a bit of milk and some grated cheese - emmental or gouda are both good - and then pour half over the bottom layer of potatoes and the remainder over the top potatoes, cover and cook then add more cheese as you are doing. Comes out beautiful and creamy, like potato au gratin. Lovely meal especially if you have guests.

Mi madre que en estos momentos tendría 103 años y yo tengo 70 y ella me enseñó a ponerle aceite al agua para cocinar las pastas, y se lo enseño su mamá,o sea que es una práctica ancestral,algo que trajeron de Europa,por algo será.Yo también lo sigo haciendo, así la pasta no se pega .Saludos desde Argentina,muy buena ka receta,es como una lazagna pero con fideos códigos.La voy hacer.Felicitaciones.

Great recipe but why does it take a 15 minute videos to show a 5 minute recipe. There is too much video of the chopping etc. Just show 5 seconds of chopping or stirring. Should take 3 mins to show how to make a 5 min recipe.❤
