Спорт

This Bunker Shot Technique is SO EASY You’ll be Shocked, in fact this is a fool proof method that works for any level of golfer. Every golfer I teach this method to say it's the EASY way to escape bunkers EVERY TIME - GUARANTEED. If you struggle in bunkers it's because you have the same bunker technique for every shot, this is wrong! Bunker shots can be very simple if you have the right bunker technique but you must follow this new set up method.
In this bunker lesson Top 50 coach Alex Elliott will show you:
1. Get out of bunkers every time by changing just one thing
2. Achieve consistency by changing one thing in your bunker set up
3. No one tells you how to play bunker shots from these 3 different scenarios. Alex Elliott shows you the changes you need to make in this bunker lesson
EYE OPENING BUNKER Technique That is SO WEIRD YET SO SIMPLE!! (You’ll be Shocked)

I’m not getting into bunkers as much as I use to (my nickname was Sandy) but, I definitely will remember these great tips for getting out of one.

Love that bunker lesson Alex. Some holes on my local course have very little Sand in the bunkers and when it is wet it becomes muddy or hard pan. I often end up leaving ball in the bunker or chipping out right over the green!.. PLEASE PLEASE show me how to get out of those type of bunkers.

Hi Alex - If all I had to deal with were bunkers like this I'd be a happy man. This bears no resemblance to the Scottish links course bunkers I have to extract myself from. I'd quite fancy my chances of putting out of that one !

Thanks Alex. Manage expectations is very good advice, together with ‘get it out’. Takes a bit of courage but my approach is don’t be afraid to take a full swing in the bunker. It can produce some very pleasing results.

"get the ball back in play" sometimes you just have to take you medicine and hit the ball in a different direction, too.

Excellent depiction of how no two balls in the sand are the same and how to treat each. I also find distinct differences in sand. Some fluffy, some thin with hard undercoat, and some with stones ( which we call pebble beach). Another video maybe? I need help!

Great video...can you do one on rounding the corner as you release. Think the old lag picture has ruined more swings to hold on. Think this is why I am shorter n have higher to the right pushes

Hi Alex, THANKS for all of the great lessons and content! I am striking the ball better on the range as a result of everything that I have learned from your videos. My question is simple - how do I take my range swing to the course? When I am on the range, I am confident and I hit good shots. By the time I make it to the first tee, I seem to have lost my swing and thus my confidence. Please help!

Great video Alex, but I’m still unsure how to handle a plugged ball with a big lip. In Hawaii, the bunkers can be as big as the waves where you can’t see the flag. Any tips? Thanks!

Need help with getting the ball in the air when green-side on very thin grass, almost just dirt. If close enough, with no obstructions, I’ll putt. How do you go at it with confidence when a lofted club is needed. I just want to stop the ball going like a rocket along the ground! All the best and keep it up 🪄⛳️👍🏻

Hi Alex, great video. The course I play has dreadful bunkers. They look good, but only have about 5mm of fluffy sand, then solid underneath. Which one of the 3 shots would you use for these kind or would it be a different type of shot ? It's almost impossible to get an open face underneath ball, without thinning it 😫 All help appreciated, cheers Matt.
