I have tried Kettle and Fire, but what I noticed is that if I refrigerate any leftover portion, it does NOT form any gelatinous collagen the next morning which indicates it either does have it or it has been overly diluted with plain water. It is not a concentrated source of these nutrients.

Hi Dana, Great question! Yes, our Beef Bone Broth has 7g of collagen and our Chicken Bone Broth has 4g of collagen. However, I’d be happy to explain more on why our Bone Broth may not be gelling. We use a proprietary process for extracting the maximum amount of nutrients. This process can adjust the cell structure of the naturally occurring gelatin creating a broth that doesn’t have the same visual gelling but is more dense in actual nutrients. We would rather have more nutrients for our customers than this visual gelling any day! Especially since some other companies will add gelatin into their broth just to create this visual gelling.
