@@pavithradesu I always had some unnecessary thinkings.. it was horrible.. couldn't sleep properly.. eat properly.. I had a fear of insecurity and losing someone .. ro reasons were there .. i used to think that if I commit suicide.. if I loose self control.. these thoughts were killing me.. but now it's not 💕.. always be happy with a positive attitude ❤️

To improve focus, look at something that is aesthetic .It can be a flower, Lord Krishna's image or image of a baby, think about it for deep ,it will impact you with positivity . 3.Remove gadgets from your side few hours before you sleep .
