Before doing this, start healing ur past and remove negativity first by doing some healing practices After this, try any technique like affirmations, scripting, visualisation etc. then they will work

I believe in what you have mentioned above and really I feel blessed what I have at present. But since last 10-12 years after my retirement, I am caught up in my family members health issues, very scary and dangerous one. I am a happy go lucky person and have faced caring for my son and my husband all these years. Both my sons live very far from where we 2 are settled in the USA only. They live in different States of the USA. They want us to move to live closer to them. But with my husband's cancer treatment it is very scary to leave the doctors team here, go to big city of either of our son's home, and start all over again getting settle over there. Now how to find a reasonable place over there, can we afford on our own, (do not want to cause our financial burden to sons) and most of all could we find a comparable doctors team for my husband's cancer treatment if right now one set of chemotherapy is over, but what if the treatment needed again? So dealing with mental stress all these years and adding more stress by opting to move, i don't know how the tips mentioned here will help me! Well, I will try what is suggested here with good faith that it will work. Thanks.
