This is Great! As a new agent (March 2017) I can’t wait to implement this script. I watched another of your videos and you spoke about Real Estate being a lonely business and I couldn’t agree more. As an independent agent it is tough getting in there and getting in the grove of things. 8 mos and I haven’t had ANY “action”, but I REFUSE to be amongst the agents to throw in the towel. With everybody knows or have a relative or friend in real estate, rarely people you encounter in grocery stores or coffee shops will strike you with this question. They wouldn’t even give you their email and cellphone as you’re still a stranger. Regardless you wear your badge or you look busier than anyone in the room. But I will still use this script as this is the common question being ask in gatherings or by your spheres.

Hi Tom You are the best. This question is asked a lot at my open houses. Most people believe the prospects want to know stats. This gives us agents another better (best) way to look at this question as an opportunity to make a deal. LOVE LOVE LOVE it Tom. (Once again, you my friend are the best.
