I've learned that asking questions is one of the best ways to keep a conversation going and to build trust with someone.
I'm not a real estate professional but I'm a virtual assistant (appointment setter) who work for an agent in the US. And by watching your videos I was able to set quality appointments! Thanks Coach!

I know a lot of this is kind of basic but it’s also so good! Building rapport is truly what I felt lacked in every real estate transaction I’ve been a part of. I wanted it to be my top priority when I got into real estate. I want to build relationships with my clients. They aren’t just numbers to me
Thanks Head Coach for the reminder on Trust, Respect, Rapport. Spot on as always.
Enjoyed this. Especially the mantra "I am in rapport with every person I meet." Game changer. Thank you!

A great video.
No, we love you Tom. You're amazing 🎉
This video is helpful. Thanks. Talking to the people very first time on call and to get their 2 minutes to talk is tough these days. Can i get some strategies or suggestions on that part please?
was there suppose to be a download after video?
Good stuff. I like the closes at the end!! Seems as though I have heard it said, 'there are only three, or five or seven typical objections' many times over the years. What are they? I guess time, money and commission are three. I would love to see you handle those three, five or seven in the quick easy type responses to objections you handled above. See you in Vegas.
@TomFerry

Fred, 1. commission 2. Competition. 3. price. 4. time (though it's potentially a condition) 5. experience 6. think it over... etc... WEe created a live role play of over 30 objections handled live. I'll ask my team to send you a copy! See u in a few weeks!

Tom, you are an inspiration for me! Unbelievable sells skills! I am in the beginning of my real estate carear in the caribbean market! Do you think its possible so that I can get a copy of this role play also! It would be amazing for my practice! Thank you very much!
Close! You told me x, y, z was insanely genius.
damn good job tom
Blake: You got leads. Mitch & Murray paid good money. Get their names to sell them. You can't close the leads you're given, you can't close shit, you are shit, hit the bricks pal, and beat it, 'cause you are going out. Shelley:The leads are weak. Blake: "The leads are weak." The fucking leads are weak? You're weak. I've been in this business fifteen years... Dave Moss: What's your name? Blake: Fuck you. That's my name. Blake: You know why, mister? 'Cause you drove a Hyundai to get here tonight; I drove an eighty thousand dollar BMW. That's my name.
As u said be like others but I believe to behave superior than other so that impresses people and they gives the cheque .....there should be the connect only,I make them to get impressed by my personality and they want to become like me.....its easy to close the deals ......but everyone has their different styles to close the deals ..... 👍👍
Tom, you mention a link for the script but there is no link below. Can you post it on facebook, Please?
Awesome, I wanna kick a career in real Estate, and i have started with this great #Rapport clip :). thank you Tom, wish me good lucky

We didn't "stop" the art of building rapport, we never learned it to begin with!😄
one of the best tom
Opportunities do come if notl Create Opportunities
where is the link to the script book??
We want more, so guess what? We subscribed.
Fantastic!! Build Rapport!! Figure them out intone with them win win!!
Hi Tom, I wanted to get access to your marketing tools and scripts; however, I can not do so because I am not an agent yet. So you know that I can not give you the proper information for some of the required fields. Is there any other way to get access to your marketing tools and scripts without having to wait until I get my license and join a brokerage? Thank you.
Loved it all but the part about obvious advantages. Isn't that like telling your client they can't see something obvious. Which could make them feel off put, like if its so obvious what do you think of me.
It's interesting to contrast Tom Ferry's ideologies about closing and selling against @OrenKlaff, author of a book called @PitchAnything. Clearly two industry professionals with 180 degrees of opposing methodologies. I respect both. It would be really interesting to hear them debate each other.
I don't see a download link.
This Guy Is The Conversion God 🧲
Loge this one!!!!!!
What if English is your second language (Accent really strong). Do you think this hurt the interact with our leads?
@TomFerry
7 жыл бұрын
Abril, female accents are insanely great, face to face and over the phone (Its a serious advantage) for rapport, focus on mirroring their pace (speed), volume and a little tone and you'll win!
how can i download the scripts? the link dose not work anymore?
Tom, what were you like as a KID- did you sit 8 hours in a chair at school? Or did you give your teachers grief? @agentmargerealtor (instagram) breaking the ice hmm - how do you not sound fake, but be authentic? you know if the garbage can wasn't out in my hood on garbage day- I would not know if the neighbor/s across the street are alive- what is your hood like?
Mega supa stuff Tom

A smart customer if you do your job right will see the value of you A less than smart customer will feel taken if everything isn't explained
Cool..
I get annoyed when agents blame the leads. You're 100% right --- "It's not leads, it's never the leads, it's always your ability to convert." 100% dead on.

OpenHouseLV absolutely right! It’s all about how you’re positioning yourself differently from the competition, building rapport and over delivering every single time!
