sleepless nights, that's gotta be torture... try sleeping in a different location, like a hotel for a night, take magnesium, potassium and make sure vitamins are all in healthy range, get a new bed, take a break from caffeine and avoid stress. . . should cure it o and CBT, meditation, happy thoughts. . . also nofap. . . all the best

jimqwerasdf percussive guitar is harder to master and works well if it suits the piece, this song is better suited to not have it
