The suggestive interaction between Sydney and Carmy was deliberately hinting at romance. The word choice and tone matched. In contrast, some have misread the syd/Marcus situation. It was always one-sided, with Marcus always soft while Sydney responded with a more casual tone and called him 'dude' (in her kitchen, chocolate tasting, on the phone from Denmark). The recent back rubbing incident at the Cubs game didn’t do much to quell the Sydcarmy ship 😂

@IndomitableAde 🤣😂🤣 there was, and it looked sus. The main cast was there, well, most of them, and a spectator rows behind them recorded Carmy (blanking on his real name rn) rubbing Ayo's back. then a Vanity video with Ayo came out. On her behalf, she didn't seem to respond in a sus way.

ouu i was waiting for you guys to react to this episode so bad!! and the syd and carmy scenes were just tew good!! the panic attack scene had me on the edge of my seat and then the under the table scene came and...i saw everything i needed to know lmao the next episode is fire, will love to watch you guys react to that

That table scene was giving me Season 3-6 Rick & Michonne as the perfect duo and natural leaders of the group that they are! Awesome individually but unstoppable together 🥲Just replace the apocalypse with a kitchen 😅

why would she love Marcus? They have nothing in common, her and Carmy had synergy from day 1 even when it wasn't romantic. Aside from that, maybe she just isn't into Marcus...that does happen. Just because someone is into you, no matter how wonderful they are you may just not be into them. Judging by her response to Marcus and her response to Carmy in this episode, it's obvious who she is more comfortable opening up to. She calmed Carmy's anxiety at the start of the episode so I guess he found his meds.
