I love how at first “every second counts” seems like it’s about being efficient and regimented in the kitchen. But by the end, we find out “every second counts” is about appreciating every second of life.

This episode rocks. It makes me want to drink the Kool-aide! Seeing Richie find his thing is so fun.

Did you guys not see the photo of Carmy with another dude? That was Luca in Amsterdam. Luca was talking to Marcus about this guy he was following who was the best & it was Carmy! Go back & look at the photo. This episode is the one that it took for me to finally start to liking Richie.
