This is a listening challenge video that helps listeners recognize the differences between short and long, loud and soft, fast and slow. The second half of the video is then presented like a quiz so that listeners can write down their answers and treat it like a classroom activity.

About the music- this is a project I have envisioned for a long time, and I have looked for music that could do it for me until I finally accepted that the only way to do this is to write it myself. So this is my own composition, written specifically for this video. And though it may sound fancy, it's actually just two sets of chord progressions repeated over and over. The A section uses the chords Cm, Eb, Bb, Ab to G. And the B section uses Ab, Eb, Gm, Bb, Ab, Eb, F, G. (These are all chords, not single notes). And from there, I just tried to exemplify the concepts in this video into the improvisation of those chord progressions. But I should also warn everyone that this song is a bit like photoshopping a selfie, I played it one hand at a time into the computer at a slow tempo, and there are places that would require three or more hands to play all those notes.
