Today we're doing a barbecue versus video. The Aspire by Hestan VS. The 42" Hestan outdoor grill. The Hestan 42" is Trevor's all time favorite, but we're going to break down both of these amazing grill to help YOU choose which would be best for you.
The Aspire by Hestan is the budget model of the original 42" Hestan. This grill is coming in about half the price *keep updated with prices on our website or Hestan. The Aspire by Hestan is on par with the Professional Lynx series. This Barbecue is no joke and comes with a lot of amazing features. One notable feature of the Aspire by Hestan is the size of the sear station on this grill. It's arguably larger than the one on the 42" Hestan competitor. Another reason someone might choose this grill is if they're searching to start a whole outdoor kitchen on a budget. The amount of money you save buying the budget version can be used in other areas of your kitchen.
The big dog 42" Hestan is Trevor's all time favorite grill. There are so many superior qualities about this grill. This grill is a lot slicker than the Aspire and has things like the rotisserie motor tucked within the mechanics of the grill. Most of the budget grills have a battery and motor hanging off the side, but this one doesn't! The stainless steel is overall more superior on this model than the Aspire. There are large chunks of inch wide steel on 42" and more thing metal pieces on the aspire.
Overall, we suggest if you have the budget to upgrade to the big dog 42" Hestan, do it. This is the biggest baddest grill in our showroom and would be a great addition to your outdoor kitchen! Thank you so much for taking the time to watch out video. Please subscribe, like, and leave comment.

Thanks for this great video. Could you confirm if the Hestan tower cart has lighting inside the cart? Section 06:23-06:28 of this video mentions the Hestan cart lights up underneath, but I didn't see that feature mentioned in the literature from Hestan. Just doing some research in advance of making the purchase. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for these videos- they’re great. I went and saw the Hestan at a local show room and have two questions. 1.) with the limited number of ceramic briquettes, how is there even heating at the garage level? Seems like there would be hot and cool spots. 2.) they had the infared sear station on the far left, but I was shocked at how much space was still there between the edge of the sear station and the left let of the grill. So similar question, does it heat the whole area evenly? Couldn’t really figure it out. Thanks again

we will be doing more cooking videos throughout the summer, but I do like how the infra red is thinner cause it doesnt take up as much space as the rest of the burners. I don't think you will really see a problem with even heat

Interesting questions...I am struggling with similar questions as I finalize my grill selection. I am not sure why there are so few ceramic briquettes, and the space between the stainless steel cartridges also seems to cause a hot spot. Regarding the burner placement and how it fills the grill -- this is a bit different on each size of grill. The 42" is "filled" the best, so that is the model I am looking at. ETA: I am looking at the higher-end Hestan, not the Aspire, and my comments are about the higher-end version

oh yeah! We love the Hestans. We have a video coming out on Friday comparing the Hestan to another competitor if you're interested. Its competitor is a multi fuel bbq so cool. Thanks for watching!

What is your take on the "U Tube" type burners vs the cast stainless burners available from various other manufacturers? Specifically: Reliability. Longevity. Heat uniformity. Maintenance.

They're fine. I prefer single burners so you have more control

@@embersliving Please clarify with an example. To me, the only "single burner" in the quality+ lines is in the Napoleon grills.
