This is not helpful. My new 42 deluxe is super dirty. This grill is brand new. Common. And the grates are not "extra dirty" - How do I clean and clear sear burner? Can I use blue non abrasive but scratchy side on the inside of grill to clean? will that scratch?

can i trouble you with a question??? i'm thinking of getting the hestan or a tec grill. how do you like your heston? does it truly sear? not sure what i should go with? i want infrared but, not sure what makes most sense. thanks!

@@derrickd76 actually, i found the blaze grill and i thought it was the smartest one of all of them. just basic. simple. robust. its all i'm looking for.
