He also normally would've done much better with log, 175kg should've been no problem for reps, but he got an issue with his quad so he couldn't use much leg drive. In general he should be good at explosive events, throwing things, he's coming from a shot put background. He's also good at technical events like dumbbell, but I expect he will have problems with a heavy yoke tomorrow.

I wonder if Thor can even beat Mitch in those kinds of events going forward, his speed is just unmatched along with a pretty strong grip. Then again Thor has had a pretty short prep and is still rather far away from 100%, but Mitch probably hasn't even peaked yet. I think those 2 will be battling it out for first place in the years to come.

  • @Kimera92

What made Thor so exceptional wasn't just his dominance in numerous events, but rather his amazing strategic approach to competitions and the obvious absence of glaring weaknesses. For instance, when facing a peak Matheusz, Thor often trailed behind him in events yet still emerged victorious overall. However, Thor now faces a significant weakness: press events. This flaw WILL undermine his performance until he achieves complete physical and psychological recovery from his pec surgery

yea. if there are a lot moving events where soeed matters, moose will probably always win. and the moose is as smart as thor if not more clever when it comes to specific training for the events. so thor will have s hard time catching up on such events. but if there will be more static events like deadlifting and even stones..thor has an advantage
