You could use a lot of the same techniques. Likely follow the steps for the black areas more, but just swap out the colours for greens :)

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with it. Sometimes that can be an issue of the undercoat being used or other environmental factors.

just FYI: dont put words on your thumbnail in the bottom right hand side because the video time is there and people cant read it
Your wheels spin, the weathering will be over the entire circumference not just the bottom. Looks silly
