The Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookie

How to make the Amazing Chocolate Chip cookie.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup cold butter (unsalted) 227g cut into cubes
3/4 cup brown sugar (150g)
1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (312g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
2 cups dark chocolate chips (300g)
-plus more for toppings
1. Preheat oven at 200C or 400F. Line two 9x13" pan with parchment paper.
2. Cut cold butter into cubes.
3. Beat for 30 seconds to loosen. Then add brown and white sugar.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing every after addition.
5. Then add vanilla. Mix until incorporated.
6. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then add to butter and egg mixture. Mix just until combined.
7. Scrape sides and bottom. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
8. Scoop each dough (95g each) dredge on more choco chips. This recipe yields 12 huge cookie.
9. You can freeze dough balls at this stage or bake right away.
10. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until sides are lightly brown.
12. Let it cool down for at least 15 minutes.
13. Serve and enjoy!
