We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Peel the boiled eggs under cold (softly) running water. The water gets under the membrane and lifts the shell off for you. You can also crack the eggs before you put them into the ice bath to help with this process.

Water helps but it's not the reason the membrane sticks. You just need to use eggs that are at least 1 week old, fresh eggs will always have a sticky membrane.

During the Great Depression my dad told me he and his brothers had to hunt for squirrels, rabbits, and pigeons for his family of 8. It was that or go hungry. In the 60’s when I was growing up my folks were dirt poor and my mother was very creative with the meals she made, and she had to be frugal with our family of 7. I didn’t know the kind of meat we ate until much later in life and she knew better than to tell us or we silly girls wouldn’t have it. Little did I know we had bear, moose, deer, and wild boar...the boar was delicious btw lol.

Sam, you need to broaden your horizon and dip your toes in the wild game arena. What could go wrong when your consuming truly organic protein, no hormones, no antibiotics and very delicate in flavor. To cook wild game correctly you have to have some cooking chops which I'm guessing you would be intimidated by. Being a proud Kentuckian and a hunter of all sorts of game animals, I can attest to the fact that consuming a hard earned meal of wild game that was taken from field to fork and only touched by my hands is very rewarding. You would love and appreciate a good pot of squirrels and dumplings. I do love your channel and look forward to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. C'mon Sam, do a grilled venison loin for me!

Sam, im visiting San Diego for the 4th, order some NNT tonight for dinner and man was it delicious. By far my favorites were the cashew chicken and the Korean BBQ, so good. Keep up the good work!

Squirl tastes awesome. You really don't know what you are missing. My kids ask for them every so often.

You guys are sooo fun. Kick ball change is a tap dance move, WAY TO GO MAX!!! Also your bacon grease splatter had me laughing super hard. It looked like a firework so it was perfect 😁🎆🎇
