I have inspectors that I recommend to my clients. Whatever you do, NEVER just go with the builder’s inspection/inspector.

If you visit a master community show home without a buyer real estate agent during initial visit and filled out those information cards, is it too late to get representation when ready to buy later on? Havent signed any contract or anything.

I’ve been able to help some with certain builders if you never signed anything. But it’s a case by case thing. Some builders have it listed on their sites that they’ll only allow representation if I make the introduction. What community did you go tour? Shoot me a text (832) 543-7142 ☺️

What do you think about the builder Meritage? Their homes are beautiful but when I google they don’t have the best reviews.

All of my clients have personally had solid experiences with them. But if you search hard enough you’ll find terrible reviews for pretty much any builder here in the Houston metro. As long as you’re doing your phase inspections you should be fine. ☺️. Which suburb are you looking at?
