Hi Arron - Great video and updates- As we see these woodson reserves were woodson gully or woodson preserve - and they are in flood zone - Do home owners require flood insurance - what is the elevation heights these homes are built ? are there man made pond for retention pond what is the gallon size of these ponds

Insurances required will be dictated by insurance provider. That’ll be determined by where you home actually is located. There are ponds in the community. I don’t know the gallon size. I can ask the sales team. That’s not typically info publicized moreso the overall acres of lakes. Homes built after Harvey are at a height above the damage of what Harvey caused. Hello! I very much enjoy your content, but it seems like it’s all over the place. When showing homes can you start from the front door and then show each room. It makes it easier to follow along.

Thanks for checking out the channel. I try to do that in my videos but if there are families or other buyers in the homes while I’m filming I try to avoid them for privacy reasons. This was one of the busiest days filming so this one was definitely more choppy than usual.
