Food intolerances and sensitivities are extremely common and seem to be on the rise.
In fact, it’s estimated that up to 20% of the world’s population may have a food intolerance.
In this video I'm looking at 5 of the most common ones.

    Hi good video, I had an intolerence test at York labatories in 2018 and the test came back that I was gluten, dairy, egg, intolerant and wheat I was borderline but I have also got IBS that I have had for years so all this is an absolute nightmare for me.

    Look into BCM 7 in milk as it is actually what most people diagnosed lactose intolerance are actually intolerant to.

    @@vtigzy Yeah Milk Casein is the protein that is talked about in A1 or A2 Milk. A majority of people that are intolerant or allergic to Lactose are misdiagnosed and are actually intolerant or allergic to the Casein in A1 Milk. The reason that most people can drink A2 milk without ill effects is not that it does not have the Casein, but the fact that the Casein is lacking the BCM 7 protein strand that is in A1 Milk. A lot of people's bodies do not know how to process the BCM 7 Protein and thus the body either disregards it or views it as a threat. Now people that are actually intolerant or allergic to lactose will still not have a good time drinking A2 milk. I was told that I am allergic to Lactose, but butter is fine, and I have no issues if I drink A2 Milk.

    Screw Loose I developed sensitivity to milk too after Cipro XL. I drink organic milk now ... I can only drink decaf coffee now so I don’t get pain attacks in my body ... which usually occurs within 15 min. now I’ve been poisoned since early April 2013... so a little improvement. But I have to stay away from things that I’m sensitive too otherwise I will deteriorate quick... I’m sort in remission, but sick for life. I sustained well over 30 serious life threatening adverse damages from only 9 Cipro pills. Avoid all FQs like the plague!!!
