This is weird advice. You can have a lot of control over the number on the scale. You can restrict calories - in relation to eating in excess, while eating enough to support your goals and activity level. Diets do work, a bad diet works, a good diet works, you are what you eat.

Actually potatos don't have vit E n A that make ur vision poor n troubles with the nervous system.. better is sweet potato.. Nuts also have oils.. only couple a day.. y u think ur normal pb without additions like in H&B (Hollands&Barrets) health store have nuts butters that have oils on top to mix in? That's pure nut nothing adding to keep the oil from leaving. That's y I would think pb is said to be unhealthy of the additives into ur normal day to day pb where u can find everywhere

I drank lot n my bones, mostly spine got very bad. My leg actually deattached from that thing in between, but uk say is fine.. Oh yeah? Even when I do it again n again so Im afraid to run anymore? Whatever.. just complaining.. stupid ppl for money.. I recommend food theory channel n style theory channel for useful n even weird info. Did u know skin care is bs too? Carrots dont help u see better, but in dark, thats y in uk in war times said to eat, so the soldiers see better in dark if anyone attack n stuff? Also had f ton of carrots too so.. Oh my Im rambling on n on about old as lies that continue in generations.. hope u had fun from my rambling tho

I had plant nanny app that tells how much should have based on hight, weight, n even activity. I recommend its the funnest way to make sure ur drinking water! Dont make ur plant sad 😢 discover other plants! Lot costumised pots n stuff 😊 Its kindaa different now that I came back to it tho.. still good!

i’ve weighted 45kg since i was like 13, im 19 now and want to donate blood, but the minimum weight requirement here is 50kg (safety reasons n such). all my life i’ve been quite active, play multiple sports and got into weightlifting about a year ago and at the same time started counting my calories and proteins. i’ve been eating more than i burn for half a year now according to the app i use, yet my weight got only to 47kg and dropped back to 45kg. i am at a loss. its not that i have any issues, it just doesnt feel right when i think about it :/

I have a quarterly consumption of PANDAN JASMINE RICE sent by mail for my daily diet, and since I admit myself to the Belgian " Diabetes 2 Traject", my dietician, and, the doctors, told me to eat "brown rice", by which I tried,but the first consumation of it was already bad!!! Funny thing is, I don't drink alcohol. Giving up sugar won't work much, much I mean losing 1-2 kg can happen, very slow. Protein just gives you muscle, not really helps when you already have good muscles. Started eating more fat. Helped 2 days, lost 0.5 visceral fat. Today I try more carbs. Let's see, what that does ...
