Thanks for the video. Wondering about a few things - generally, manufacturers don't change suppliers very often. for an established relationship - all the 'pain points' mentioned don't seem to be the 'ongoing' pain points, though it can happen once in a while. So, what's the reason that once they find the supplier online, they don't go back to do business with them offline ? what keeps them bringing back to or makes them stick to ofbusiness ?

Finally, a business study video that's both informative and engaging! Ofbusiness is setting a new standard.

The B2B world is so so different from the B2C world, it’s almost unbelievable.

This company is absolutely stupendous. Found a problem, solved it, created different services assisting the core business. The tender assisting service is absolutely insane. Such a good business in a niche dominated by unorganised smaller units. This is real growth.

Such an underrated story & what a brilliant breakdown.

I came across this video completely by happenstance. That is a superb story you just told us. Ashish Mahapatra is a real desi gem. Thank God he is Indian, and even more importantly, decided to stay back in Bharat. Otherwise he would have made the US or the Europeans very rich and very very happy. Pure genius coupled with unbelievable tenacity. Thank you for this rare gem.

Startups created new market and products in b2c, but b2b only see lots of buying the existing small businesses that runs majority of families in India. at least jeff bezoz didn’t buy all Kirana shops which quick commerce is pushing out of business by stealing customers.
