On the 400ex you can take yfz450 front calipers and they bolt right up, I don’t know if that would carry over to the 250r. I believe the 04-12? yfz calipers are direct bolt on.

I just rode a ATC LED370ceo and ATC LED265pv national set up. Tomorrow we shd be ready to test a ATC ESR363 stroker also powervalved. Pretty sure I lost my soul with the 370ceo. These kits mean nothing without Arlens pipes, so you’d be wise to take his advice and get the pipe kids.

I like you went with Duncan bumper too btw, and I’m pretty sure you can pull much taller gears with zero issues. Cuz everything should be a blur past half throttle with that motor

Justin not sure what you'll want to do with the brakes but if ex brakes fit the yfz450 dual piston calipers will bolt on .No fuss no muss.100% difference.

Don’t know if you swapped those front brakes out yet or not, but 04-09 yfz450 front calipers will bolt right up to those knuckles. They are FAR better brakes than the 400ex calipers. And sick build my man! Glad to see some 250r builds instead of the typical banshee builds!

A friend of mine had an Arlan motor build for his 250 R. His is actually a LRD before he went to LED. He went to 425.... he flat tracks the bike. He builds an insane motor. So when you $9,000.... I though $10,500-$11,000. He is a genius

I have the Exit X2s on my Sled, they were awesome first season, now I cant keep them from leaking after 50mi of trail riding. Absolutely Garbage! Hopefully u have better luck with them in the dirt 🤷‍♂️ they aren't good in snow

What's the thing here? Why do you guys like the smaller ATVs? Nobody wants a Raptor 700R or anything? I've been watching all your guys videos and I'm trying to figure it out. What ATV should I get is what I'm asking, lol. Just riding for fun. Everyone I see is buying the little engines, then dumping like $10k into them to make them bigger. Why not just start with a big engine? Seriously, I want to know what the appeal is. I need a project to do.

For me it was the era I grew up in, the want for a 250R since the first day I laid my eyes on one. To be truthful depending on the setup will outrun any of the newer bigger bikes any day. First thing you have to remember is it's not all about horsepower, This chassis design has been Superior since 1986 I can hang with the big boys today like it was nothing. Plus there's guys that are due hard 2 stroke and some guys love 4 strokes. Two totally different machines
