That TRX is amazing! Way to go Talan my dad bought me my 86 R when I was 13 years old in 1989 and I STILL OWN IT TODAY! I learned how to ride on my R and it still make me smile to this very day!

Nice 4 wheelers for sure. Thats back when someone at Honda cared about Off-road enthusiasts. Now it seems they care less.

Yep! I went from a big red to a Warrior and spent a lot time on the heathonistic ways of the 2wheelers.. But I've never had a 250r..

Dirt ObseXXion those are actually really sweet quads! One thing to do depending on the year is the oil mod but modified those quads rip for real

Damn good video and have to say we had a Honda 110atc and I had a lot of fun on it so we’re so easy to just turn around in the road and proved very useful during hunting season. TRX is smoking hot. Say hey to the crew

It's a different kinda riding for sure! When we first got the Raptors we hadn't been on sport machines in a long time, kinda thought it was a mistake at first.. Now it's my favorite machine that I've ever had... I am excited to get the Sportsman back too though..

Tighten up the preload on that rear shock, my man! Your front end is coming off the ground way too much, especially under acceleration. That is costing you major front end traction, so much so that this bike looks pretty difficult to keep under control. Not being a smartass, just hoping the owner sees this and gives it a try. ATV suspension is extremely difficult to get set up correctly. A wise pro once said; stock shocks that are setup correctly will outperform aftermarket shocks that are NOT setup. I raced an LTR for 6 years back in the day so I did eventually get the hang of adjusting suspension on four wheels. Finally, that bike is badass and it sounds super crispy! I would give anything right now to take that sucker on a hell ride. Ride safe!

That's a slick little ride right there. Oh damn, a shootout! What's the HP benefit out of those Dirt Obsexxion stickers? I need me one or 3 of those for ye olde camera boxes. Lol.

Dirt ObseXXion I grabbed a 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 with 11k miles for 3,000 bucks. Couldn’t justify another Harley lol. Went cheap but after having it awhile I’m really impressed with it!! I was afraid I wouldn’t get over the “ not a Harley” thing but it went away pretty quickly 👍🏼

Dirt ObseXXion something else too....everywhere I went to ride quad was just swamped with SxS. And most of them just wanted to get drunk and blast rap music in the woods. Man has the off road world changed!! I dunno it just turned me off. I thought off roading was about enjoying the outdoors and not getting drunk and playing rap music as loud as possible. So back to alone on the highway I go 😎. Maybe I’m a cranky old man at 36 now but I felt real out of place

They'd probably do pretty well on Dirt roads and fire roads, but 3 wheels in general means less obstacle avoidance... 3wheelers are awesome, I was only trying to show why the shift occurred

Not really a fair fight. Stock chassis stock width stock suspension banshee vs a stroked bored custom chassis custom suspension widened 250r. Need something a little more purpose built imo. Sweet ass Trx though bet he paid a pretty penny for that bad boy.

It’s got a lone star frame also. It amazes me how much these old bikes are going for now :( I just saw a barn find 85 250r sell for $1400 with rust all over it.
