Excuse the amateur question, but all things being equal, does moving the o ring have a significant effect on the compression ratio?

the o ring he cut into the head is just to make a seal. taking material off the head to square the sealing surfaces may have affected compression ratio by increasing it, as he did take five thousands off or so.

yep, no difference in compression with the o-ring. Just more reliable sealing.

man thats amazing cutting your own ports into a blank sleeve..my mind is blown haha im looking for a 363 top end with a cpi cylinder. Do you have a webpage?

I do a lot of boring work. We keep a lot of NOS pistons in stock as well as Wiseco, Wossner, Vertex and Pro X

From witch model of 250 Honda is that cylinder?

That cylinder came of of an ATC250R, but it's exactly the same as the TRX250R. It is not an OEM Honda cylinder though. That is an LA Sleeve casting.

Yes, I do a lot of 250 Honda's. Bore on Honda's is limited because the head studs are closer to the bore than a Tecate. I have a couple 250R motors in work now that i may post content on later.

That really depends on what you need. I can sleeve something that hasn't been sleeved yet and usually make it larger, or I can repair most any damaged cylinder. It's all custom fab so price depends on what is needed.

The cylinder is fine. I wanted a big bore for my 250 but I can only find those that can do 265. I really like the idea of a 350 bore

This was custom built for a customer. It requires case mods and other work so it's not really available as a kit.

Correct, that cylinder doesn't have a power valve. It's an LA Sleeve 330 big bore cylinder originally but it been punched out to take the bigger sleeve.
