I have a motor I sent to pro circuit years back(2006 kawi KDX200)and had them do mod001(porting&head mods). I will say that this engine couldn't be more perfect. When I took the headlight and tail light off and put the "KX kit" plastics on it,every person that has ridden it thinks it's a kx-250! This engine is absolutely sick. It has an angry powerband that is super responsive. On the down side I have to run very expensive leaded race gas at a minimum of 112 octane,but other than that,I can VERY HIGHLY recommend pro circuit to do it motor work

@@GregHitchko Yeah I got one here that Mitch ported back in the day. Cut base, raised transfers and exhaust. Enlarged booster transfers to max. Larger exhaust sub-ports and the hooks in the transfers you would have to see to believe.

Hahahaha look at @builtfordtough4499 talking like he’s better then pro circuit then u click on his pic of duct taped numbers and 2 feet of air with the style of a drunk Jeff Stanton in the late 80s lol…… I think pro circuit did a little more then smoothed out the cast lol

@@user-nh5sq8dy7n To be clear. They did very little in that cylinder. What you see in the video in that cylinder is considered a clean-up port and replate. It will run better than a stock cylinder but only slightly. The work done to the cylinder head is where the improvement really comes from.
I wish you guys mentioned why you dont do any polishing.

The best flow comes from a sanded surface not a mirror finish.
