    I rode this board 120+ days last season and your review is absolutely accurate. Medium to long carves are the only real weak point of the board, a factor of the asym I would say, where is struggles to lock-in. This board is super well built, both base and the top sheet are still in great shape.

    Thanks Avran and TC! My jump board is ancient and I'd like to go asym. Everyone keeps recommending the Twinpig to me for the 'extra float' (ffs this is pennsylvania). At the same time at 205 lbs and size 10, a 159 Zero seems way too much for a small hill park. Is the 157w a good compromise for some park carves or can i go down to 155? I do run a relatively narrow stance for 6' 1".

    Trying to decide between the zero in 155 and the Rome Party Mod 156 which I know Avran likes. He has provided very good reviews for both. I can only get the Party Mod in 156 at a good price not the 153 which I may have preferred. Midwest rider, decent rider (15 years riding) 9.5 boots 175lbs mainly hitting 40% rails, 20% jumps, 40% bombing down the hill, or finding trees to ride through and rock drops. Any thoughts on which might be a good fit? My favorite board ever was an old 2011 era Yes Greats with the camrock because of the looseness at the rocker tips, camber between feet and carbon that maintained great pop. Will the Party Mod have more or less pop that the Zero?

  • @AngrySnowboarder

    @AngrySnowboarder

    4 ай бұрын

    It'll have a skate style pop to it which means less load to get it to rebound. Both are solid choices.

    I’m a bit torn between the zero and benchwarmer 57w. I want to stay in park but also want to not have to swap boards all the time when I want to explore or just have some fun railing turns. Which would you recommend, I had a asymulator 156 and would like something similar ride. Cheers!

    nice review man, great videos as always. I have a k2 passport for what I mainly like to do and but I want something playful i can learn to butter, and jib on and progress my spins but still is decent for a few laps outside the park. Im debating between the DOA 155W, ride zero 154W, or a capita outerspace 156. the assassin was in there but ive been told its shit on hardpack. size 10 boots,200. im also on east coast but travel a fair bit. what you think?

    Hello guys, looking for an 50/50 freeride/resort board for the advanced rider, 185cm/100kg. I'm almost 40 so i'm looking for a comfortable board, last year i've tested Capita MegaMerc, i liked how it rode but it was too harsh on my knees. Looking for something similar, it needs to carve good and ocassinaly ride good on powder. Not interested in freestyle, any suggestions?

    Thanks for the review guys, always helpful. I rode the berzerker all of last season, and was debating between the zero or the benchwarmer for a 60/40 all-mountain to park freestyle board. Your review definitely makes the benchwarmer seem like a stiff deck, and Ride calls it aggressive, but is it so reactive that I would end up with a twin berzerker?

  • @AngrySnowboarder

    @AngrySnowboarder

    I’m looking at a new board for my son and the summer deals are happening. He’s 13 years old, just over 5’1” and around 110 lbs. still growing… slowly. We ride all over the mountain, but my son wants to spend more time in the park next season. He’s been riding since he was 5 years old and rips. He’s coming from a Signal Park board.
