Ace Bailey is the best scorer in the Class of 2024. He can score at the rim, in transition, in the midrange and at the 3rd level. He has the foundation and fortitude to develop a consistent 4th level shot, although he is not there yet.
Bailey has elite wing athleticism and uses it to rise above opponents for clean looks on his jumpshot. He is a good ball handler who can create his own shot with and without ball screens. Bailey has a high offensive IQ and willingly moves without the ball.
Bailey has innate offensive playmaking ability that allows him to manipulate and read the defense. He does this to create for himself and for his teammates through direct and hockey assists.
Bailey has no regard for his shot selection and shoots the ball whenever he sees fit. The NBA team who drafts him will have to teach him how to play offense with other elite players.
Bailey is a terrible defensive player with a low defensive IQ. He shows no interest in wanting to play defense at a high level and gets consistently beat by players who are significantly less talented than he is. He has the athletic foundation to be a great defensive player, but at this point in his development he doesn’t put in the effort to shut down his defensive assignment nor does he want to be legally physical on the offensive or defensive glass.
Bailey is a heavily offensive minded player. This could be the result of playing for a public high school and an independent AAU team, but any NBA team is going to have to teach him basic defensive principles while simultaneously giving him the offensive freedom to score to maintain his confidence.

He's elite his game is crazy i get why his team runs through him and that 33 points on 4 dribbles as a highschooler that is known to score is insane. Sky is truly the limit can't wait to see him at rutgers and dominate
The opinions in your breakdowns are very controversial, but what isn’t controversial is the detail and effort behind them I’ve noticed that your doing a lot of bigger players, can you do some on guards(not wings like Edgecombe) but like ball-handling guard. Dylan Harper being the obvious choice. However I think Jalil Bethea could be a very interesting one, especially diving into his impeccable fit with UMiami. Also maybe some international players like Khaman Maluach or Hugo Gonzalez Amazing video again.

Wouldn’t say he’s better than Paul George right now but definitely at the potential to lead this new big guard wave! Bucket.
It’s good he’s trying to play like he would in college or at the NBA position, but in HS, even against higher level comp, he looks bigger, man dominate them little guys with size and strength more.
This guy Ace baily is A second coming of Magic Johnson I thought I would never compare anyone to the greatest point guard to ever live, but I did at 69 he handles the ball like Magic if he has too. and another guy he reminds me of is the Late great Len Bias never in my life would i ever compare anyone to Len Bias but for the first time I am Ace Baily is explosives off the floor just like Len Bias with power and grace. he built like Len bias plays like Len bias Ace Baily excites me more than any college player. and is more exciting to watch than any player too me in the NBA with his ball handling skills shooting and explosive to the rim wow and only 17 with skills like this and me comparing him to Magic and the Late Len Bias he is the real deal

For high schooler, I watch whatever full game tape is available. If it’s Nike EYBL footage, that’s the first option. After that, I’m looking for tape vs other elite players. If that’s it available, then I’ll take whatever is on KZread.

Very talented, but he isn’t going to get any experience playing in a role. He can shoot whatever he wants at Mceachern and even will Dylan Harper coming ace will immediately come in and be the guarenteed number 1 option
