deep conditioning every few months,drinking h20, taking 20kmcg of biotin a day, using sulfur8 and leaving my braids in 3-4 weeks at a time took my growth to a whole new lvl...

Why every few months isn’t deep conditioning meant for 4 times a month if your hair is really dry, 2 times a month if your hair is sly dry and once a month if it’s normal.
Waited for more videos, Started my rich royal journey last month. Have to say watching your videos and using your products have made me more confident in myself. Thank you bro keep up the great work
What really took me to the next level was protective styling. Sure hydration is important but kinky hair tends to break easily so hydration won't really matter if breakage isn't mitigated. Once your hair is in a protective style, hydration will definitely add to progress.

what if my hair is not long enough to get a protective style
@AllDayErrDay.
2 жыл бұрын
@@tw1kkin.estaniis12 you'll just have to wait until it is and while you wait, definitely hydrate to speed the process. Also, you may already be ready for a protective style as is. Go to your local stylist and see what they can do for your hair currently. I just believe that most kinky hair textures don't suffer from low growth speed but more so from lack of growth retention.

hey man i have long and straight hair and i was wondering what protective styles mean? does it mean braiding your hair is a protective style? i been my hair in a fishtail braid recently idk if that counts as protective style though
@haz6703
2 жыл бұрын
@@artofpancakes8481 a protective style would be for example twists, cornrows, buns, etc. for straight hair they aren't really protective styles, but on curlier/kinkier hair they are, it helps dealing with breakage, and reduces shrinkage quite a bit. while your hair is in protective styles it really helps with growth. and general healthiness of your hair.

You the goat with hair videos, serious. Helped me a lot. Got 1 question though please answer this. After I finish using shampoo shall I put on conditioner detangle then put deep conditioner on top and sit out orr wash out conditioner than deep condition separate (I don’t see the point in that tho). Please.

it depends on the deep conditioner. The royal hydration treatment by rich royals is the only deep codnitioner that really helps detangle. the rest are just great deep conditoners. wth Rich Royals you only have to apply it to detangle and you can go straight to deep condition it
