"If i had over 100 million dollars, I wouldn't be on KZread" Have you considered the possibility that the reason you don't have $100M is because you're not doing the things necessary to get to $100M? And therefore THAT is the reason you see people with $100M and think: "I would never do that". It's because they are, by definition, doing things differently than you. P.S. For what it's worth, I don't mind being lumped in with the "gurus". My hope is the content speaks for itself and brings ya tremendous value on your journey.

Fantastic tips ! One that's really worked for me,in addition to all the rest is breathing in slowly for 5 secs then breathing out slowly for 5 secs. If you do this several times, it supposedly synchronizes your breath to your heart rhythm (approx. 5 beats per breath). Super relaxing.

Hey Anthony, great video! I heard some of these advice many times before, but what interests me is what is your sleep schedule? How long before bed do you start your shut down process and what is it for you? I'll keep up with your future videos! :)

  • @AnthonyVicino

I usually start shutting down 2 hours before bed and IN bed by 9:15-9:30, falling asleep shortly thereafter. I wake up most mornings right around 6am. Sometimes earlier, sometimes a bit later (but it doesn't generally deviate by more than 30 minutes one way or the other).

Of all the things that changed the game for me with sleeping, it's magnesium supplement (Full spectrum. There are different kinds/forms of magnesium. I use a powder called "Calm" from Costco that has done wonders for sleep and anxiety), using the AC every night (white noise and keeping the room cold), and reading before bed. The majority of the population is magnesium deficient which can cause a multitude of health problems and sleep issues as well.

One of the most important things to being able to feel sleepy at night is to get 20-30 minutes of vigorous exercise during the day. I always finish eating and drinking anything at least 3 hours before bedtime. Magnesium Threonate is a great way to get back to sleep if you chronically wake up at 3-4am

Now, if in order for you to protect that you get paid by YT (I'm not sure how it works), reward only after say for example after your audience views or plays 25% of your video content, then put out or gift the breakdown content. Just a thought!

@@AnthonyVicino I'm happy to hear that. Proud of you that you never sold. Ive been bothering you because I just cant understand why you wouldn't mention bitcoin in your investment advice video if you understood bitcoin, and why when explaining inflation, money printing was not mentioned if you understood the impact of printing money. Investing is only required because your money will lose half of its value in 10-20 years because the federal reserve doubles the supply of dollars every 10-20 years. Bitcoin was explicitly made with the purpose of bringing an end to this crime. Do you understand, do you disagree?
