Yo! Thanks for checking out the video. I get a lot of questions from people wondering what's the most valuable skill they can acquire. My answer? Storytelling. The most powerful people in the world aren't the fittest... or the strongest... hell, they aren't even the smartest. They're the best storytellers. If you want to learn this most powerful of skills, then check out this training I put together to help you become a Seven Figure Storyteller: anthonyvicino.com/story-workshop

He's right but also in a different way from what you may be thinking. Storytelling is fundamental to how governments, politicians, industry, etc. sell us on a story to follow a certain path. The story/narrative can readily vary as it suits certain agendas. We then willingly give away our power to really think for ourselves when we refuse to challenge these stories on merit. The people that we allow to be in positions of power are a reflection of ourselves in this way and where our personal/collective journey of growth is at any given moment.

Couldn't agree more about Gluten, sugar and alcohol. Those were fine when I was younger, but past 40 it made a HUGE difference. I found that I could go back to consuming these in moderation after fasting from them for a while and still be ok. But it was night and day; I felt years younger.

Good advice here, my personal issue is the social part. My friends all disappeared during the pandemic, and those relationships never recovered. Meeting new people over age 50 has proven impossible for me, and I have given up. I do have a fantastic marriage and wife, so that keeps me happy for sure, but it would be nice to have a buddy to hang out with sometimes. I miss hanging out with the guys.
@AnthonyVicino

I totally feel that. It definitely gets harder to make friends as we get older, but don't give up. It's worth the effort. Look for clubs and social groups you can join to get proximity to people who you might resonate with.
Thanks for the wonderful video Anthony.Red meat definitely has proinflammatory effects.Combine that with the artery clogging effects of the fat they contain, if the diet is just going to contain this minus the veggies,one is sitting on a ticking time bomb.Plus the increased energy levels one experiences after having veggies is well worth the effort.You are what you eat and what you think ,on a long-term basis.Everything adds up either leading to a life of success or a life of disaster.Jim Rohn-Success is a few simple disciplines repeated every single day,Failure is a few errors of judgement repeated every single day.So choose wisely.Let not the next 10 years be the same as the previous 10 years.

Sincerely, you are now my favorite KZread content creator, I've already learned about grays scaling my phone when I'm at work, getting my nutrition correct. Getting my sleep correct and getting into more movement. I2 have ADHD and I love the fact that you do and you don't see it as a disability and it's not an issue with focus. It's an issue with focus management. I really like that too and I felt like you when I was a kid with the Ritalin thing I never took. And in fact I've always been anti-medication for ADHD, good or bad. I'm pretty much completely against it. It's definitely messed up a lot of my life. Now. I got a therapist. Super undervalued video. I feel like a lot of people feel like they don't "need" to reinvent themselves from their own pov (even though they do). I skipped over it this video for a while because I felt like I was too "advanced" to get value so I didn't need to "reinvent" myself to watch the video. It's because I think I'm in the middle of the journey of reinventing my self already. I Know my goals and the steps to take to reach them but I'm lacking the little tips and tricks to help me become capable of completing those steps. I feel like this is where most people think they're at for how far into the reinvention process they are, so the title makes them think they wouldn't get value from this video. I figured I'd watch it only because I know that since you've proven to provide value from your channel I'd get maybe some value here but I ended gain a lot. Hope this helps you from a viewer perspective because your videos have provided the most value to me and I'd recommend this channel to everyone, coming from someone with severe adhd & bipolar that meds only help me get up off of bed and I was still worse off than anyone else. Is there a new video in the works soon?

@@AnthonyVicino can't wait. Honestly when I have the funds I'll be purchasing the hyperfocus masterclass. As a broke college dropout making some income doing freelance work but stuggles with my mental disorders ruining any sort of momentum I have even on medication. I've found most guru's just never provided either good enough content or only had things that would work for neurotypical brains. It's one thing to just not know what to do, but it's also incredibly disheartening to know you know you can make it through hearing and connecting to people with social proof saying that the work I produce is so high quality but still can't bring myself to work hard or get through deadlines. This would be the first class I ever purchase from any guru. This content has changed everything for me. Thank you. I'm just realizing how much of a mess my paragraphs were because of how scrambled my brain is but that's common.

It's all good advice, I always listen to these vids and everyone generally has good advice and good intentions but these videos show me how different my life truly is (btw I love my life) I just find it funny that my goals and aspirations are nothing like pretty much anyone's so none of these things apply to my lifestyle but it's still good advice, the cleaning the mess part is relevant I will say that 😅 but most people's goals isn't to have the Keaton Batmobile as their daily driver ( I had the A-TEAM VAN) that's just an axample of how everyone is different but there are fundamental values to these vids but just know to create your own path no one has a blanket solution!!
