160 ml lukewarm milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
400 g all-purpose flour
pinch of salt

50 raw sugar

So schön zuzugucken...erinnert mich an gute alte Zeiten meiner Kindheit in den 70ern. Damals gabs noch Omas in der Nachbarschaft, die nannte meine Mutter immer Fräulein XYZ, und die hatten uns Kindern öfters mal so ein Stück Kuchen zugesteckt :-) Die Omas damals müssen so um 1910 herum geboren sein. War ein schöne Zeit, als es noch üblich war, mit saisonalen Zutaten zu kochen...eine Spargelzeit, Pflaumenzeit, Erdbeerzeit und viel mehr gab da noch...
Genau so macht man Hefeteig ❤ Die Oma wusste schon was gut ist! Danke für das schöne Rezept.
Wurde genauso gut mit Äpfel gehen denk ich

Natürlich mache ich auch öfters wenn es nur eine kleine Stückzahl werden soll man kann sie auch super im Muffinblech backen und lassen sich super einfrieren für den kleinen Kaffeesnack 🤗

Wird gemacht, allerdings werde ich auf die Teigstreifen noch ganz dünn Vanillepudding streichen,ich mag das,ist auch noch bissl saftiger-und noch etwas Zimt🥮😋
Ja prima! "So einfach...." Du gehst mit Hefeteig um, als ob ihr gute Freunde wärt. Und die Geduld und die Fingerfertigkeit, mit der die Pflaumenspalten so akribisch angeordnet werden.... Unvergleichlich und unnachahmlich! Respekt!

Рецепт интересный, спасибо. Единственное что я бы сделала, это разрезала полоски теста пополам. И на выходе 12 булочек меньшего размера. И думаю что штрейзель лучше делать не на сахарной пудре , а на сахаре. Успехов вам.
