Q: What's the smallest nib you could use for Textualis Quadrata?

ive tried picking up blackletter to supplement my illustration a few times in the past but it just didnt work for me, since discovering parallel pens and your channel tho ive been at it the longest an most consistently than i have before! i think i might of even improved! thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and skill, im definetly beginning to see the rhythmic and meditative appeal of this writing style now! nice one oh and i agree about working up to a nib, ive got a witch pen by that mitchel matey, honestly only got it cos its called a witch pen and thats dope but ive been having a go with it and i like it. dont own a quill but theres plenty of swans about where i live so who knows lol

Thanks for this. Question: it looks to me like you're planting your wrist and writing from your fingers, or at most wrist. Aren't you against writing from the fingers? Am I misinterpreting your movements? Or is this script done from the wrist/fingers, and it's just Copperplate/Spencerian where the arm is used?

Very interesting how the small script can look compared to high size front script, Could you work out with writing without using your left finger below the next following script? I know is a technic but just asking? I hope to see more of your vids soon. Thank you.

All tools are fine, we also have some videos how to make easy and cheap tools, however if you asked about this specific script, you will have to wait Pauls answer
