I thought the story context made sense? Cassidy having a blood match with a Undisputed Kingdom member after best friends get attacked by them one by one. Only story complaint is that Danhausen and Statlander haven't been targeted yet to really build up Cassidy as alone before Trent came back.

I never watched ROH, so it was the first time I saw Matt Taven in a singles main event match and he delivered. That jump directly on the table outside was absolutely brutal. Great match.

this match signifies that AEW is truly back. Matt taven deserves a singles run, he is underrated as a singles wrestler. I know he is a former ROH TV champion and World Champion.

The feeling is back. I loved early AEW with random main events that snapped.

This is what I watch AEW for, something a bit more hardcore. I don't expect this every week, it's just really cool when it happens. The tacks inside the box of chocolates was brilliant, very unique. And thanks to the wrestlers who do this stuff too.

WOW. Cant say enough about what these gentlemen did. They wrecked themselves for our entertainment and we were thoroughly entertained. Loved OC since I seen him at an indy show. It legit reminded me that wrestling is supposed to be fun. Love the character development and the fierceness hes gained overtime. Taven killed it. Also great way to mix in Valentines without overdoing it or making it super cheesy.

Coming out party for Taven. Guy has been good for a long time, just always missing ... something. Maybe a marquee match like this is what he needs to catch people's attention.

In the words of the great JR, by god... Taven is an absolute beast. OC has been on such a tear lately. He better get a nice, long paid vacation once he finally drops the title. Some insane spots in this match... I get the feeling Roddy might be the one to finally dethrone him though and i wouldn't mind at all.
