The way that JJ still got it is…. Really something. But I love how much faith TK has in Orange. He may not be a big dude but he’s always putting up entertaining matches with whoever. I hope he remains champ for a good while.

Tony Khan is a mark for Orange Cassidy. To allow this guy 15 successful title defenses is unconscionable. He doesn’t even act like he cares about the title which makes the title that much dumber. And with the name change, does that mean it is most important title? International sounds like a world championship by another name. Is it higher than the TNT title? The ROH pure title? ROH world title? Too many titles. Everybody has one.

I'm sure the people crapping all over OC are the same kind of marks who crapped on pre-roids Randy Savage, Shawn Michaels, and Chris Jericho because they "just weren't believable." He's not a serious wrestler. He's an embarrasment to the buisness. His in ring skills are shit, his gimmick is a neon sign saying 'Hey! This shit is fake and nothing but bullshit!' He and the rest of the joke, comedy wrestlers make the entire company look bad. A small sub-sect of wrestling fans love him because he's 'funny'. Anything he is involved in drives off TV Viewers, and delegitmizes the few actual talent this company has. His 'wrestling' shouldn't be on tv. It belongs in a half empty wearhouse. Or circus.

He's entertaining to watch, is actually really good in the ring (watch his match against will osprey and pac) and he sells a lot of merchandise.

A lot of people give OC crap for being undersized and a comedy gimmick, but if I may be perfectly candid, his wrestling style is very reminiscent of early 80s Randy Savage. Now, I doubt seriously that OC is going to meet Savage's ability on the mic or get roided up (times are different), but the potential to be a top-carder is absolutely there.

Orange Cassidy with the Eddie Guerrero move was awesome, and the best damn referee in wrestling Aubrey Edwards is amazing. The way she did the hand movements to kick them out, plus her not even flinching when Double J tried to intimidate her was impressive. Great work AEW and props to Aubrey Edwards and Organe Cassidy. Amazing!

She sucks. It is so absurd that the referees in these matches STILL let themselves get distracted while people cheat and sometimes they just allow people to cheat like when Saraya got into the ring in the triple threat match the other week and started attacking an opponent and it wasn’t a disqualification. She has more than once allowed a wrestler to put their hands on her without calling for a disqualification then she pushes them back. The refs aren’t in the match. They are supposed to be impartial. When they get inserted in the match or start trying to make themselves part of the match, it’s annoying. Also, AEW needs to have a rule book. Seriously. So we can understand why people can bite people in matches that aren’t no dq. Is it legal? What are the rules? It’s impossible to know because they change week to week and literally from ref to ref.

We all owe Jeff Jarrett our thanks. Not only has he been a great heel wrestler, we have him to thank for Winnipeg, Sacramento, and all these new markets and shows. AEW was getting SO EFFING STALE in the endless Boston to Chicago loop, and the crowds were dying. The rest of the continent likes AEW wrestling too.

It’s annoying when people say he isn’t a wrestler when they know nothing about wrestling. James Cipperly aka Orange Cassidy has been wrestling in the indies since 2004 and was even wrestling in a luchador promotion called Chikara since 2005. His current gimmick of not trying is just a GIMMICK. He could wrestle circles around a lot of guys if he showcases his stuff but he’s selling the gimmick and it’s working well for him. It’s fresh, he’s over with fans and personally I think he’s hilarious. Not being a bigger guy means shit when you can do good spots. He can do it with his hands in his pockets.

Jeff Jarrett is in good shape for a 55 year old man.

The Aubrey v JJ feud is great. As long as JJ (unlike Sting) doesn't constantly go over the younger wrestlers that need the rub, I'm happy to see him in AEW. And didn't think I'd be typing that this year. (Seriously, Sting, give someone the rub. You could easily have let Malakai Black pin you clean in the middle of the ring. It would have lost you nothing, and given Black (and the House) even more added mystique to make them feel unstoppable. For the rest of their time in the company the HoB will always have that cross against their name that says that they are supposed to be a near force of nature in the danger they provide, and their happiness to distil violence to anyone, whoever they are (whether heel or face), and yet they could even't beat a frankenteam with a 63 year old. Rant over.) OC is great too. Easy to left it unsaid because of how good he is, but he really is a great worker who has found a way to keep his gimmick and yet soften it a little to be straight comedy when he needs to be and yet a credible performer when he needs to be too. Not an easy line to cross.

I am not sure if I like the new name of the all atlantic championship, or if they keep the name of the old title.
