Testosterone levels in body increases when the fat percentage in the body falls down. These are inversely proportional to eachother. So start reducing fats in the body by walking and doing pushups, pullups, or lifting dumbells or any kind of exercises in the gym or at home. When fats reduce on stomach, and muscles builds then boosts testosterone.

@@vandemathram1078He didn't mean that. And if you want to stay this much dumb then none can help you. Ghee and Egg Yolk are good sources of fat. The body fat (the fat seen on your body or underneath) is dangerous and detrimental to T level. Take sun bath evey morning. Its free and takes only 5 to 10 in Summer. Do cardio as well. We human beings are made for walking long distance and running quick for a short period; biologically saying.

For testosterone,dependency on egg yolks is like compromising with gut health as egg yolks are very harmful for intestine.

Hi, Ranveer really liked this video but the thing is that those who work in IT sector for them regulating their melatonin level is tough, for me after doing my night shifts I come home and do some home workouts and then after my lunch go to sleep and try to take 6 hours of sleep. Night is the best time for sleep but Alternatively, you can do 1. Buy some black out curtains. Make the room dark like night 2. Make room sound proof 3. Lower the temperature of the room... More the darkness, better the melatonin. Last but not least do some meditation (chant sholka for 108 times) before sleeping. Try this and see the quality of sleep. Thank me later

Saturated fats are misunderstood. They increase testosterone. Period. Some of the good sources:- Egg yolk, cold pressed virgin coconut oil, whole milk.

Even too much of exercising can cause a cardiovascular accident! The SF personnel are perfect because their diet is calculated to the exact decimal point. You should focus on being slightly leaner than you are, Ranveer. You shouldn’t try to overshoot the upper limit of testosterone levels because that automatically initiates the negative feedback mechanism.

I totally agree, it’s about an overall healthy lifestyle, unfortunately in India Health=Only Gym. Gym is great but healthy lifestyle is not just limited to gym. Cardio, strength training, yoga any exercise is good. Most importantly eat healthy & don’t jump on steroids & look after your health.
