Testing the Stainless Steel Vapor Baster Cabinet.

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Finally got some beads in the cabinet for testing, so I thought I would do a quick update to show the functionality. did very little actual blasting so its hard to see the efficacy.
really happy with the result. I will finish cleaning up the last of the loose ends and hopefully will be able to get it on it's way to its new owner.
Next build starts Monday!

That’s a blasting cabinet, as good as any made by an established company. Well done.👍👍

Coming along nicely Josh. Is the misting caused by having warm water or something else and is there an advantage to using warm water. Thanks in advance and keep up the progress vids 👍

Hey mate, No it seems just to come down to the fact that the airflow is creating fine water particles. Our climate in NZ is very mild. so I don't bother heating my water. I don't know if there is a performance advantage, but I do know that the complaints I have heard about not heating the water is that is very cold to work with in the colder locations around the world.

Going to stainless was the best thing I could have done. I need to make a few more tweaks but pretty stoked with where I am at.

Do you run a 12v wiper motor? Or is it 110v?

I run 12v or 24v wipers on these. 12v on the smaller units and 24 on the larger ones. Thanks for watching!
