Like people are commenting. I'm 60 years old now. We got these cars for dirt cheap in the late 70's early 80's. Thanks for the memories. 🙂

That TA looks like it's going a Million Miles an Hour when it's sitting still. Such a beautiful ride!
How can anyone NOT be a fan of Maple Motors??? . . Pure American Patriot dealership! Awesome hotrods!
74 Formula, TA dash, 73 nose, 76 rear bump. Better with Orig Pon400&4gear. Very nice Camero😎

73-74 had the same front end, at least my 74 Formula did. Good catch on the Dash though. Formula had wood grain and my TAs all had metal turned dashes. Regardless, this car is set up very nice! 😎

Man what a sweet ride. Love the fact he just said f it and cut the hood out instead of getting a huge hood scoop. Sounds great too.
You really do a thorough walk around. Would feel you are fairly honest and that’s hard if not impossible to find in this business. Keep up the good work. Nice ride!
My first car in 1980 was a beautiful Verdant green, white interior, white vinyl top, '73 Grand Prix with 400 4BBL and dual exhaust that Dad bought new. I'll always love the Poncho's.

yup . I had a RA4 GTO. Uncle had an SJ model 72 prix. Another uncle was the last factory Pontiac sponsored drag racer, ran the Wicked Wanda T/A.
That was a badass TA. I think you were having fun driving this guy lol. You sure do have a good gig driving all those nice cars. I’m a Trans-Am, Camaro, Firebird fan myself
I am not a General Motors Man but I love this car. The sound of the super charger kicking in is just shit hot. I fricken love it.

Absolutely love this car. I see sale pending, really wish I could get this!
That is one sick street machine. The steering pull to the left. Try swapping the left front wheel to the right and see what happens. It could be the tire cord starting to separate.
Man, that thing is a beast. Very nice!
Thats the best looking front end on any T/A.

Its a 1973 front end, I believe its a 1973 much better looking than the 1974 plus Trans Ams only had the single hood scoop in the middle of the hood I know its a 73 I had 2 of them plus its not a Trans Am hood. but its sweet

Thanks for sharing a cool ride and sounds! I personally don't like anything besides a shaker scoop sticking through the hood, but to each their own.
I was a fan of you guys quite a while back. You offer hot rods at reasonable prices. Unlike the RIPOFF auction houses. The way it SHOULD be!

Appreciate the video, probably owned the majority of the Mopars you have sold over the years since high school. I would love to find another '71 Duster, my favorite, among others. I may have to buy another one from ya, maybe even sell you a couple in restoration process. Thanks again!
Its not a trans am, its a formula firebird
I'm in Newberry, South Carolina. Have a 71SS Chevelle that was my first High School car. A friend trying to buy it. I told him to look yall up n u would hook him up with a nice ride. If I'm ever up your way I'm coming by and meet u in person. Have a Great day . Thanks !Joe Moore
I've always loved the bullnose front of these Firebirds the style and aerodynamic...... shape and the forward facing hood Scoops such a lovely look in a rear view mirror 😃😄👍 the cut outs on the hood I'd have added some aftermarket hood vents than have the hood cut in the way it was done it has runied the look of this (1970s ....Pontiac Firebird ) also noticed the 1974 Firebird did not have this front nose cone it would have had the sloping version this front nose cone came from a earlier Firebird

For the under carriage, can you say save and a hair cut 2 bits. Thanks Nick GREAT VID !!
I had a '74 Trans Am in my high school days, it was a 400 4spd car when I got it but got my hands on a rare 428 Pontiac and made a swap. The front header panel on this car is off of a '70-'73, I do prefer that front look to the '74-'81. It really draws attention to the car at first glance with the '74 Formula 400 hood. Great video Nick, really sweet ride.

@@winteroutside7014 455's were a dime a dozen and most you will find are low compression post 1970 model, 428's were not and try to find one now is almost impossible. It worked great for me in 1984 as a high school kid, '68 model 428 already had good compression and heads so change the cam and valve springs better intake and carb headers and better ignition system (Mallory back then) and got street racing.

My dad (from Hendersonville) bought a 1967 Firebird convertible in 1968, 326 automatic, all original, matching numbers, meticulously restored. I grew up with that car (I was 6 when he bought it in '68)... I love old Firebirds and prefer the factory originals but... the supercharged 454 sounds really sweet... makes for one fast bird.

Nice 👍 I loved that ‘67 I had at 16 first car $500- no lie rusted out not many regulations for earlier rusted out vehicles then came mid seventies- wha-wha-wha
I keep coming back to this one... it's not a bird... it's an angry bull shark...
In 1969, back from my jungle trip, i purchased a1969 Mach One, 428, 4 speed, shaker hood. $4,200 OUT THE DOOR!!!!! Bought it with saved up COMBAT PAY.
Im 19 now, in a few years I’ve made it a goal to buy a car from you guys and I can’t wait😎
That's probably the nicest car you guys have had on your lot for the longest time.
Who ever built that car poured their heart into it. Most likely they needed the money and had to sell it. I would jump on this particular car. It’s done right!
That was a great video . Almost got the phone awesome ride
I don't know if I have ever wanted something more than I want this in my entire life
I'd just went .60 over and then stroked her to 502, Dish the pistons for boost, if that way it would be 685 to 725 (estimation) as it is with that 460... I'm sure it's over 600.
If I was a car guy I’d definitely buy one from you. Thanks for another great video
This seems like a nice car both top and bottom. From the video even the paint and bodywork look good.
that's badass car, i love the channel. it takes me back to my teenage hotrod days. i owned a '68 chevy shortbed 454, 2 speed and a '67 chevelle factory 283, 3 speed.
Hey Nick, thanks for gassing on it. I love 2nd gen Firebirds I've had 4 of them.
that hood scoop looks like it came from a Pontiac formula 400 !.
This is my dad's dream car. I've got hurt in a accident and will never be able to afford one like this
Always loved that hood on a gen 2.

You definitely got to be quick to buy one of the very desirable cars that you sell. Very nice ride one of the better ones I've seen in your videos
Nick is exceeding the fun limit
how do you tune one without afr gauge?
Anyone else notice, a price was never disclosed on this vehicle? Not here, on the lot video or the windshield. I'll guess this was claimed well before it left, and the videos were "eye candy" for the public. One note, is the torque converter is too tight for that cam! Hence the banging when put in gear.
Damn nice car. I’m all about power!!
