On top of the fact that none of these "Talent Shows" actually produce Actual Stars anymore. It's basically just a vehicle for The Already Established Judges to maintain their status in the Public Eye. Gone are the days, when these Competition shows, Promoted The Music Artists, and we get people like Kelly Clarkston, Fantasia, Jennifer Hudson and such talents. So, I actually was low-key hoping, Tessanne wouldn't win, and be locked into those Ridiculous Contracts. And, sometimes the person who doesn't win, can end up with the better Career prospects. Especially, as people would feel extra incentive to support the person they feel was wronged. The Music Industry is very Complicated , Yah. 😏🙄

We were all shocked to see her on _The Voice,_ but we never doubted her ability to wow/win. The music industry is a dirty place and I just want her to thrive while staying true to herself. Nuff respect Tessi.

Majority of the songs on the album sucked. She is a phenomenal singer but i dont feel that album represented her craft well. It just wasnt her style. If she was given the chance to do songs of her taste the album would have been good.
