How many of them didn't post no light bill in years so why they think the government should just find money. In terms of rubbish brought down by the Rio Cobre, it's sad that people still treat the river as a dump, I was recently in Ja and upon approaching Bog Walk, there's a business(shop/bar) on the banks of river and you can see the years of trash dumped on the river banks.

The silver lining with the hurricane is that it exposed the jamaican who litter the water ways and the neglected government who doesn't give dam, I was devastated to see Gunboat beach how polluted the water was that the beach was closed .I remember looking forward for Sunday to visit that beach. As we all witnessed the hurricane winds pushed back most of garbage and plastic bottles back on shore which is so good. Now the government educate the dirty people and themselves
