The second race was how a Tesla would actually be raced, not given half throttle for the first entire second and sleeping at the line

Yeah, you can tell that the first race was staged as drag racing Tesla's are very consistent, robot like per Motor Trend.

@@andreknudsne7648 When the 0-100 numbers are that low, that's a lot If a car is 6 sec 0-100 and the other is 7 sec, there's nearly no difference. Same with 1/4 times, when it's only 0.2 sec faster, that's A LOT

@@QUIKCaspa 6 is .857 of 7, whereas 3.1 is .939 of 3.3. The difference is greater percentage wise between 6 and 7 than of 3.1 and 3.3.

Pretty cool to watch two 10 year olds drag race their dad’s cars.
I think if I had a Ferrari for the day I would have spent a bit of time cleaning off the track first! That was dusty as shit! Should have switched lanes as well. Ferrari was fighting all kinds of traction issues and should have freight trained it on the big end, but that was impressive from Tesla. Goes to show you why Tesla is by far the best sports car daily driver for many reasons.

Should have done a roll race from 60 kmh.
El carril del Ferrari se nota que está lleno de polvo, eso le hace patinar y perder tracción. Deberian haber cambiado de carril en cada lanzada. Aún así está claro que el Tesla tiene muchísima mejor tracción.

Obviously, with a better driver and road, the Ferrari would win 🏆 every time, but the Tesla would be far more consistent with its time in a drag race.
