Same feeling, love this style! Also this is the first of his videos for this particular beta version, so it can be 20 minutes, no problem. However, something like the 4th video about the same beta version should not be longer than 10 minutes.

The only thing I dislike about this format is all the apologies for the "long" video! ;) It's great to see some uninterrupted driving so we know you're not only cherry picking the best (or worst!) sections. On the other hand speeding it up (and continuing the commentary) is great because otherwise I agree it would be a bit dull. Keep it up, and don't be afraid to break the 20 minute barrier next time, I would happily watch more! :)

I really like the style where you FF through the "boring" parts. I think subliminally it helps continuity, where you can see just how much has become mundane. And it gives you an overall perspective of just how the car drives normally, instead of just highlighting the edge cases. I like your format + narration a lot. Keep it up!

Even the boring parts are useful so you can really see how FSD is going through normal traffic. I wonder how the car would drive here in The Netherlands. Roads are much tighter and a LOT of roundabouts.

Nice to see FSD's continual progress. I appreciate your videos, they're my favourite FSD videos. Since you asked for feedback, I do appreciate you leaving in the extra footage as long as (1) you fast-forward through it, and (2) you have meaningful commentary about the last or upcoming incident or FSD in general. If you were to simply leave it in but with no commentary over top, then it would be a waste of my time. You've struck a pretty good balance on this one.

An important part of fast forwarding through the boring parts is your comment that these parts were no longer impressive. As you will continually gain first-time viewers, I think that is important to point out each time. Also good was that you were able to provide continual commentary including some features of the fast-forwarded action.

This format is great because you get that relaxing 😌 feeling of tagging along on a leisurely cruise with the FSD chauffeur at the wheel. Seeing how it handles the good parts is just as important as the bad part's in my book. You kept apolozing for the length of the video, but I didn't even think of of the length at all until you brought it up. You don't need to apologise to us & infact, heck! Even if it was an hour long drive I would watch it. I'm sure not everyone, but most would because of what it is. I thank you & you've earned a sub! :) That U-turn at the end is 😳😲😳😲! Also... I kept rewinding and analyzing the dash to see what it picked up & it's amazing how even people and cars in parking lots gets noticed as well. Simply wowsers! My other suggestion would be to add other angles for certain situations for us to see more clearly if it lets you record with the cameras while in FSD mode.

This video is excellent. I don’t recall the beta 7 video you referred to, but here is what I liked about this one. Lots of runtime in fsd mode, fast forwarding through the the correct behavior, normal speed through exceptional behavior and problems, and over dubbed audio for the commentary. You have great commentary, and really appreciate the fast forward part since is gives the whole drive context as the how well the car is doing overall. The main reason I will continue to watch you is that you allowed the car to do its own thing and you do not Intervene. Others who make Tesla videos are constantly intervening, touching the brake touching the accelerator or stopping it from hitting the curb. It is important that you allow the car to make it's own mistakes. Please make more videos.

Your format is great though. I like the fast-forward to the juicy bits. I think experience will get you into the sweet spot of knowing how many clips you need for a single video and exactly what to talk about to fill in the fast-forward sections. A little trancy music wouldn't be a bad thing either during the FF sections if you have nothing to say. Good work! Keep it up.

Surprized that, even though you don't disengage at things like street markings, and pedestrians from behind cars, you also didn't press the camera button. Those types of non-disengagement/partly wrong events might be helpful to Tesla. Your narration over this and the speedups are awsome....you really know what we are interested in. Outstanding the way you try to stress the system.....and you're right...all the mundane high speed stuff is still really amazing compared to the versions you started with. Got any 4 lane cross traffic where you need to make an unprotected left...a challenge.

I like the longer videos, and as much real-time as possible. This video was also extra fun because I'm familiar with these roads and have wondered about fsd on them a few times, especially that weird "two lanes for 30ft" intersection at the beginning. :) I think it'd actually be cool to have the highlights and commentary at the start with the full clips silent or set to music at the end. I like seeing the little steps of progress it's making in feeling more natural and it's hard to get that from only the special cases. I've noticed also from some other people's videos that if it's sped up too much it hides the little motions that make it feel unnatural, so I don't watch those much.

I love this style. Actually made me sub. Length is perfect. Fast forward is great. Now do a series of videos where you ride the same tour again and again and do a graph for each beta iteration showing how it improves. Thanks :)

This is great! I used to live in Berkeley and got several tickets. So many one way roads, complex intersections etc. FSD seems way better than what I would do.

Thank you for saving all the time. If someone wants to see it slower they can still manually slow down for that, so I think this is the best way to do it.

For me this style of video is absolutely perfect. I don't mind the length at all! Nice to fast forward the boring parts, and especially nice that you fast forward the red lights. I personally would like to see you disengage/intervene a bit more than you do. Like when it doesn't get in the correct turn lane, I think you should take over to position the car in the turn lane, and then turn FSD beta back on before the actual turn if possible. That will also report it to Tesla even if you don't hit the report button.

Another amazing video. It’s pretty unreal how fast the beta has improved. Can’t wait for the wider release.

Really like the format. It does seem that FSD beta 10 is like a new driver, in a new area, so it get's tripped up by unfamiliar signage/ road markings but is able to recover. The ability to recover and proceed is the truly impressive aspect of FSD. It seems like it will almost always be able to complete a trip even though it gets flustered at times.

Really nice job with this video! Voice-over was very good and the explanation along with fast-forwarding at times kept it moving. Camera placement and view was excellent for a Model S to capture the binnacle display considering only one camera. You must have reclined your seat a bit to get that field of view. Watched your beta 7 video again and the instances where you replayed certain events in slow motion were very nice but undoubtedly added to editing time.

Thanks for the video, I really enjoy what you do. I like the balance of "boring" and "interesting". Reducing the videos to just the "interesting" parts wouldn't fairly balance the routine stuff that the car handles competently (which is pretty amazing).

I like the video style, it gives a sense of continuation of what real-world driving is like. You could speed up to an even faster speed through

The style is perfect. A++ with the style, and keep 'em coming. Length up to 30 min is even ok. I still don't know why, but these test runs are entertaining. Maybe its an Indy / NASCAR effect...

I think fast forwarding past the boring parts is important since it keeps the problem areas in context of all the good sections. Also appreciate your running commentary and attempts to keep everything you’re seeing inside the car in the fairest context of the overall progress the beta is making. Good balance between optimism and being critical as always.

Also nice to see you venturing up to areas I know. When you pulled up to cut across University Ave, I thought oh there’s no way it’s going to handle it. I never try to cross University as a human driver, since it’s always busy. But great to see the AI made it (not the smoothest, but at least it worked).

I subscribed because I think you showed exactly what I wanted to see and with excellent commentary. That's gotta be one of the toughest test that can be currently run in the US. I have a 3 month trial but not on this level of FSD which is unfortunate for me. I've always favoured the drivers screen but it's missing on my new M3 LR Dual. Seeing all that displayed info does make me wonder if I want to spend 10K adding it to a car with no drivers screen. I think the driver screen is that important! Absolutely love the my 3!
