Fun story, 2018 skiing in Pila in Italy for a school trip. Sitting next to some lady on the chair lift while I'm talking with a friend and she asks if I'm South African, I reply no, "i'm Scottish" you could tell she was embarrassed. The more awkward turn was that she herself was from Glasgow and me from Ayrshire. Apparently us Scots can't even understand each other.

Un funny story I went to Englad for a weekend with a friend and we went out for the evening, coming back to his town we were taking a train and on the platform was a small woman of Asian decent with 2 very small children, 2 men were screaming abuse at her telling her to go back to her own country, swearing at her as well as other insults. I will never forget that incident, no one came to her aide so I told these guys to stop harassing her it worked they started to shout and swear at me, I don't know how that woman felt but I saw fear in her eyes honestly this disgusted me more that I can ever tell
