I just finished reading his book it was a great read he worked really hard to get where he is today and the love and respect he has for his Mum Dad and brother for helping him get there is priceless and along side of Billy Connolly he is the best. The dislikes were from people who didn't have a fucking clue what Kevin was going on about. They could only understand every fourth word and gave up in total exasperation. I could only get every other word but hung in there and was glad I did. The man is wicked funny.

I spent 8 months in Scotland in the seventies. I still have to listen twice to fully understand Kevin. It's always worth the effort.

Was even funnier in person - definitely one the best comedians today

fantastic comedian, very funny and a joy to watch, possibly the best stand up in the country, the accent makes him as well, i lived in Scotland for over 12 years and can understand about 95 percent of what he says while a lot of the English struggle its the same with Still game another Scottish great series..

If you went to live/work in say the UAE, would you dress up in Arab attire/Islamic wear? The point is, people do what they are comfortable and familiar with and as long as it is not illegal in another country they are currently in, then why is it an issue? A Gregg's in Lanzarote would make a fortune and there is nothing even wrong if the bloke used one there if there was one.
