Great breakdown! Figuring out that I'm naturally a counterpuncher on the court.

After 4 minutes, we are still far away from the points to teach. And it is done in 7 minutes.

This was a teaser for a paid virtual tennis con in which this video was over 25 minutes long. Sorry that you missed out on this event, but be sure to check out the other videos on the channel!

So, I wanted to see this video and bought Tennis Con 4 access, but this video is listed as private within the Tennis Con 4 materials. Can I gain access in another way?

That was from a the Tennis Con before this last years Tennis Con, I’m not sure how the access still works for the old tennis cons. (I really didn’t have anything to do with any of that ) Maybe try the link again, if it still does not work check this link: kzread.info/dash/bejne/a4abkseSZ5bbqNI.html I was not a part of Tennis Con 5 and not sure if I’ll make content for any future ones.

@@HammerItTennis saw you first video today it was great when is this one coming ? Can you please also comment on form that video how soon should we do first move like loop or extend arm to right should this be as soon as we see ball ? Also on return do you first observe ball than react or anticipate some ? I’m trying to understand and timing of each of the move with respect to ball Thanks

@@tenniswarrior12 The full video of this preview is being shown tomorrow (10-21). You want to try to move to the ball as you are reaching out so when you get to the ball you have already begun the swing. Think sorta like a wide receiver running a route. They run their route and run to their spot as the quarterback throws the ball, so when they get to the spot the ball is there. They are not waiting to run and track down the pass. Again, the speed of the ball will determine your rhythm of your actual swing speed/timing. My favorite place to put in work are the service boxes. Rallying with a partner but each keeping their shots within the service boxes, but with as much topspin as possible. This really helps you develop the rhythm and get a sense of the quickness and early prep of the whole swing. Then work back away from the service boxes.

@@HammerItTennis thanks coach can’t wait for video tomorrow So if I understand correctly you reach out with you both arms to right 90 degree to chest as soon as you see the ball and simultaneously moving to the ball then when you get there to the ball you just drop and swing and extend rotate correct ?
