TENDER AS DOWN BUTTER DOUGH! POPPY BUNS! BEAUTIFULLY FORMED BUNS!

Ingredients:
Milk - 250 ml
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Vanilla sugar - 7 g
A pinch of salt
Egg - 1 piece
Flour - 550 gr
Soft butter - 50 g
Poppy filling:
Poppy - 300 gr
Milk - 200 ml
Sugar - 150 gr
Butter - 50 gr
Egg white - 1 pc.
Pour hot water over poppy seeds and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and repeat the procedure 2 more times. For the third time, drain the water, add sugar and milk, and blend with a submersible blender. Then place the saucepan with poppy seeds on low heat. Stirring constantly, evaporate the liquid from the poppy seeds. Finally, add butter and let cool. Add egg white to the cooled mass, mix and our poppy seed mass is ready. You can prepare it the day before before baking the buns.
